1. No pupil previsously a student in a recognized school will be admitted unless he / she presents the prescribed form of transfer certificate from his / her previous school.
2. Application for Transfer certificate should be in writing by parents or guardian of the pupil concerned.
3. If a pupil obtained admission by means of false certificate or false representation of a kind, the Headmaster of the school shall summarily dismiss the pupil with forfeiture of fees paid by him / her.
4. The transfer certificate will be given /issued only on payment of the special fees for the year in which the pupil last attended the school.
5. If the application for the Transfer certificate is made after one year from the date of leaving the school a search fee of Rs.10/ will be charged per year for the issue of the certificate in addition to the actual fees.
6. Duplicate Transfer Certificate will not be issued to the pupil if the reasons are not satisfactory or the relevant certificate from the concerned officer of the state Government certifying that it is beyond recovery Rs.50/- wil be charged for Duplicate T.C.
